Jillian grew up with a love for the arts, knowing at a very young age that a career in interior design was in her future. She was born in raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, graduating high school from Saint Joseph’s Academy and then on to Louisiana State University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of Interior Design in 2009. 

 

Jillian began her career in the design industry working on commercial projects; including banks, schools, and restaurants, during her time as an intern with LaMoyne Design Associates. After graduating from LSU, she then went on to McMillin Interiors where she gained a wealth of knowledge on the residential side of the industry. Jillian assisted in opening Mint.Home where she managed the business and designed spaces for their clients. 

 

In 2015, Jillian set off to start her own business, Jillian Freiberg Interior Design, where she has been assisting her clients on both residential and light commercial projects. Over the past decade, Jillian has discovered and embraced her own personal design aesthetic. The culmination of experiences from her previous jobs has greatly impacted Jillian’s ability to create spaces that feel both fresh and timeless. She is equally focused on both the function and beauty within each space and creating an end product that is tailored to meet each client’s specific needs. 

 

In her free time, Jillian enjoys rest and relaxation with her husband, Trey, daughter, Isla, and her two precious golden retrievers, Hunni and Mellie.
